CANCELLATION POLICY

At beauty by Moe each appointment is reserved just for you. Because this time is set aside just for your service I kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or make any changes. Please provide 24hrs to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24hrs are subject to 30% service fee. I understand that unexpected can arise and grace my be expected at my discretion. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time. I truly appreciate your support. Also if Beauty by Moe ever has to cancel your appointment within 24hrs. Unless due to unexpected weather or emergencies a discount will be applied to your next service.
